Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! Bulk order discounts may be available depending on the product, quantity, and customization requirements. Send us a message with your order details, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a customized quote and the applicable discount.
Can I customize a product?
Yes! Most of our products can be customized. You can send us your preferred design, names, or other personalization details through Facebook Messenger.
How long does an order take?
Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 days after they are placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 days within Metro Manila and 3–5 days to other areas nationwide.
How do I pay?
We accept payments via GCash, Maya, BPI bank transfer and QR PH. Payment details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Can I see the finished product before you ship them out?
Yes! We will send you a photo of your completed order before shipping so you can check the quality and accuracy of the personalization.
Do you offer shipping or pickup?
Yes! We ship nationwide via J&T Express. If you prefer another courier, please let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange it. Lalamove and Grab delivery may also be arranged for locations where these services are available.
Can personalized orders be returned or cancelled?
Since personalized items are made especially for you, orders may be cancelled as long as production has not yet started. Once production has started, cancellations and returns can no longer be accepted.
Please review and confirm all names, designs, spelling, and other personalization details carefully before production.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the personalization you approved, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I request a different font style?
Yes. If you prefer a font style that is not listed in the available options, please let us know when placing your order. We will use your preferred font style as long as it is suitable for engraving or printing.
What thread colors are available for ornaments?
The available thread colors for ornaments are red, gold, and silver. Please include your preferred thread color in the customization details for each ornament.
What are the size, material, and color of the ornaments?
Each ornament is approximately 3.9 inches in size. It is made from 3 mm basswood and has a natural wood color.
