To place an order, simply reach out to us through Facebook Messenger or email, and we will guide you through the process.
Choose Your Products
Browse our Product Catalog, select the items and quantities you would like to order, and click Add to Cart.
Add Your Customization Details
Once you have added all your items, go to your Cart and provide the required customization details, such as the name, font style, and thread color (red, gold, or silver) for ornaments.
Enter your full name and contact details, then click Review Order when you are ready to proceed.
Review & Place Your Order
Carefully review your order and make sure the items, quantities, and customization details are correct. Once everything looks good, click Place Order.
An Order Number will be generated after your order is submitted. Please save or copy this number.
Send Us Your Order Number
Send your Order Number to us through Facebook Messenger so we can review and acknowledge your order.
We will get in touch with you if we need to clarify any customization details.
Complete Your Payment
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you the payment details for your preferred payment method.
As our products are made specifically for each customer, full payment is required before production begins.
Production and fulfillment
Once payment has been confirmed, your order will proceed to production. Our standard production lead time is 3–5 business days from payment confirmation, unless otherwise advised.
Before shipping, we will send you a photo of the completed order so you can check the quality and accuracy of the personalization.
Once everything is confirmed, we will carefully pack your order and arrange for delivery.
